Since 1993, Carla has owned and operated NEW Rehabilitation Services with offices located in both Oconto Falls and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
In addition to being the owner, Carla is also a therapist for the medical treatment of Myofascial (muscular) Pain and Dysfunction utilizing the Trigger Point Myotherapy technique.
Carla holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Additionally, Carla is a Credentialed Clinical Associate from the Academy of Integrative Pain Management in Lenexa, KS. She is a Licensed Body worker/Massage therapist, from the State of Wisconsin. Carla is also Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, through W.I.T.S., World International Training Schools acquired at NWTC, Northeast Technical College, Green Bay, WI.
Carla is a Professional member the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists. Her memberships and positions in local civic groups include the Oconto Falls Chamber of Commerce. For 22 years Carla has been a Board Trustee for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) in Green Bay, WI. She holds state and national offices for ACCT, Washington, DC, and WTCDBA, Madison, WI.
Carla has also authored the chapter entitled “Exercise in Pregnancy” in the book “Pregnancy – A Time For Caring”, produced by St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She has been honored by the American heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the March of Dimes, and “NEW Horizons” Wheelchair Basketball Team.
